Measuring 7-1/4″ in length, this peeler is so handy to use…and no struggling, as with a large mandolin. Made in Japan, the Kinpira peeler is ideal for cutting carrots, cucumbers, zucchinis, potatoes, Daikon radishes, parsnips, and other root vegetables.
To use, simply place the vegetable to be cut on a cutting board. Draw the knife across, rotating the vegetable after each cut. To clean the Kinpira peeler, rinse in soapy water after use and hand dry. No sharpening of the blade is needed.
