It is designed with a fluted surface that promotes better air circulation for even baking, excellent heat distribution, and shorter baking times. The PTFE/PFOA-free clear silicone coating gives the pan its non-stick, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly qualities. Made from 65% recycled aluminized steel, it will withstand oven temperatures up to 450 degrees. The springform pan measures 9″ in diameter and is 3″ in depth.
