There are so many ways to enjoy pure maple syrup. It’s delicious over grapefruit, hot cereal, granola, plain yogurt, winter squash, sweet potatoes, and, of course, pancakes, waffles and french toast. Pure maple syrup is used in recipes like glazes on meats, and even over ice cream. Use it as a substitute for sugar.
